Cookie Policy
Last updated 10 July 2026 · RoboDrive Inc.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences, maintain security and understand how pages are used. Similar technologies — including local storage and session identifiers — may serve comparable functions. This Cookie Policy explains how RoboDrive Inc. uses cookies on robodrive.pro (the "Site") and how you can control non-essential categories.
2. Who is responsible?
RoboDrive Inc., 40 Hanna Avenue, Suite 105, Toronto, ON M6K 0B1, Canada, is the controller for cookies set by the Site. Questions: [email protected]. Our general Privacy Policy describes broader data practices.
3. Cookie categories
3.1 Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for core Site operation and cannot be disabled through our preference centre. They may support load balancing, security tokens and storage of your cookie consent choice. Without them, the banner would reappear on every visit and certain security features may fail.
3.2 Analytics
Analytics cookies help us understand aggregate traffic — pages visited, referral sources, approximate region and session duration — so we can improve content and fix broken paths. We configure analytics to avoid collecting unnecessary personal identifiers where possible. Analytics cookies are optional and off unless you choose "Accept all" or enable them in "Customise."
3.3 Advertising
RoboDrive does not run third-party advertising networks on the Site. This category is reserved for any future remarketing pixels we might deploy with explicit notice. It remains off by default. If we introduce advertising cookies, we will update this policy and request consent before activation.
3.4 Preferences
Preference cookies remember choices such as dismissed notices or interface settings that improve repeat visits. They are optional and controlled through the cookie banner.
4. Consent and the six-month retention note
When you first visit the Site, a banner offers three actions: Accept all, Reject all, or Customise. Your selection is stored in a cookie named rd_cookie_consent for six months (180 days), after which the banner may appear again so you can revisit your choice. Rejecting optional categories means analytics, advertising and preference cookies we control will not be set; strictly necessary cookies remain active.
You may change preferences at any time by clearing Site cookies in your browser or revisiting after expiry to select anew. Browser settings also let you block or delete cookies globally; note that blocking all cookies may impair Site functionality.
5. Third-party cookies
Our hosting provider and font delivery services may set technical cookies or log requests as part of infrastructure operation. Google Fonts is loaded from Google servers; your browser may transmit IP address and user-agent data to Google under their policies. We select providers with reasonable security practices and host the Site primarily in Canada.
6. Cookie list (representative)
The table below describes cookies we intend to use. Actual names may vary slightly by deployment updates.
- rd_cookie_consent — stores JSON consent preferences — 180 days — strictly necessary once set
- session / security tokens — maintain secure connections — session — strictly necessary
- analytics identifiers (if enabled) — aggregate usage metrics — up to 180 days — analytics
7. Do Not Track
There is no uniform standard for responding to Do Not Track signals. We honour the choices you make through our cookie banner and browser controls rather than relying on DNT headers alone.
8. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add tools or change providers. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Material updates may be referenced on the Site footer.
9. Contact
Cookie and privacy questions: [email protected]
You may also adjust cookie settings through the banner on any page. Clearing browser data removes stored preferences and will display the banner again on your next visit.
