Terms of Use
Last updated 10 July 2026 · RoboDrive Inc. · BN 305948172 RC0001
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of robodrive.pro (the "Site") operated by RoboDrive Inc., a corporation registered in Canada with business number 305948172 RC0001, having its principal place of business at 40 Hanna Avenue, Suite 105, Toronto, ON M6K 0B1 ("RoboDrive," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Separate written agreements — including statements of work, master services agreements and non-disclosure agreements — govern contracted robotics AI services. Where those instruments conflict with these Terms regarding paid engagements, the written contract prevails.
2. Permitted use
You may use the Site for lawful business and informational purposes: learning about our perception, motion and autonomy services, reviewing portfolio snapshots, submitting contact enquiries and accessing legal policies. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, scraping content in violation of robots.txt, interfering with Site operation, submitting false information through forms or using automated means to overwhelm infrastructure.
3. No professional reliance
Site content — including service descriptions, CAD pricing ranges, project snapshots, FAQ answers and technical vocabulary — is general information only. It does not constitute engineering advice, safety certification, legal counsel, financial advice or a guarantee of outcomes. Robotics AI performance depends on site conditions, equipment health, data quality, operator training and maintenance discipline.
Do not rely on the Site as a substitute for a scoped feasibility review, risk assessment or contracted deliverable. Decisions involving production safety, capital expenditure or regulatory compliance require qualified professionals engaged under explicit contract terms.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, RoboDrive Inc. owns or licenses the Site's design, text, graphics, logos, photographs and code. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit Site content for commercial redistribution without prior written permission, except as permitted by fair dealing under the Copyright Act (Canada).
Client-owned materials displayed in anonymized portfolio descriptions remain the property of respective clients. Third-party trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their owners.
5. Contact form and communications
When you submit our contact form, you represent that information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to share it. You must check the PIPEDA consent box before submission; it is intentionally not pre-selected. We may respond by email or telephone using the coordinates you supply.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate RoboDrive to accept a project. Engagement begins only upon mutual execution of a statement of work or equivalent agreement. We may retain enquiry content as described in our Privacy Policy even if no contract results, so we can reference prior conversations if you return months later with a refined scope.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to external resources such as standards bodies, open-source projects or partner documentation. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability. Access linked sites at your own risk.
Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of every document on the target site. When we reference ISO, ROS or vendor materials, always verify revision numbers against your jurisdiction and equipment generation.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROBODRIVE INC. AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM SITE USE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE WHERE EXCLUSION IS PROHIBITED.
You acknowledge that robotics engineering carries inherent uncertainty. Site materials may describe technical approaches that are unsuitable for your environment without modification. Liability for production decisions remains with you and your qualified advisers until a separate contract expressly allocates engineering responsibility to RoboDrive Inc.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoboDrive Inc. from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights resulting from content you submit.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario for disputes arising from these Terms or Site use, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by written notice to [email protected] describing the dispute and desired remedy. Either party may proceed to court if the matter is not resolved within thirty days of complete notice.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes may be noted on the Site. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you disagree with revised Terms, discontinue use of the Site. Historical versions are not maintained on the Site itself but may be requested by email for your records.

13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties' intent.
14. Entire agreement for Site use
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and RoboDrive Inc. regarding Site use. No oral statement or informal email alters these Terms unless executed in a signed writing by an authorized officer of RoboDrive Inc.
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of these Terms.
15. Robotics content disclaimer
References to perception accuracy, cycle times, fleet coordination or safety alignment on the Site describe illustrative engagements or general capabilities. They are not promises of future performance on your equipment. Environmental factors — temperature swing, floor flatness, network jitter, labour practices — materially affect outcomes. Always commission a scoped pilot or feasibility review before capital decisions.
Case snapshots may anonymize clients but still reflect real integration trade-offs. Your floor will differ. Treat every figure as orientation, not a quotation of guaranteed uptime or defect rates.
