Robotics AI services with clear scope and CAD ranges

Every engagement starts in the control bay with measurable outcomes — not open-ended hours. Below are our core offerings and typical Canadian dollar ranges. Final quotes depend on site complexity, hardware choices and acceptance criteria.

Perception pipeline visualised across multiple monitors in the control bay
Cluster A

Perception & sensing pilots

We instrument your parts, bins or lanes with the minimum sensor set that meets your KPI. Work includes camera–lidar extrinsic calibration, grasp pose ranking, defect segmentation and acceptance testing under real lighting drift.

Typical range: CAD $18,000 – $45,000 per pilot (4–8 weeks)

Cluster B

Motion planning & manipulation

Joint-space trajectories, force-limited insertion, tool-change logic and collision-aware paths integrated with your PLC and quality gates. Every branch condition is documented so maintenance can trace faults without calling us first.

Deliverables include MoveIt or vendor-native motion programs, safety-rated stop behaviour validation support, and operator recovery procedures.

Typical range: CAD $22,000 – $58,000 per workcell scope

Autonomy stack integration

ROS 2 architecture, behaviour trees, fleet traffic rules and middleware bridges to MES/SCADA. We design for your IT policies: segmented VLANs, log retention and remote diagnostic access that security teams can approve.

Includes on-site commissioning, KPI acceptance runs and hypercare during ramp-up.

Typical range: CAD $35,000 – $95,000 depending on fleet size

Sensor workbench with calibration targets and depth cameras

Feasibility & architecture review

Before you commit capital, we run a structured feasibility sprint: cycle-time models, reach studies, sensor options and risk register. You receive a written recommendation — including when robotics AI is not the right path.

Typical range: CAD $6,500 – $14,000 (2–3 weeks)

Retainer & partnership

Monthly blocks for ongoing perception tuning, planner updates, regression testing after line changes and on-call support during production peaks. Ideal for teams with live autonomy in duty who need a bench without hiring full-time specialists.

Typical range: CAD $8,500 – $22,000 per month (tiered by hours and response SLA)

QA and functional safety documentation desk in the RoboDrive studio

Functional safety & QA support

We support ISO 10218 / ISO 13849 aligned validation workflows: safety PLC tag review, stop-time verification assistance and documentation packages for internal audit and insurers. RoboDrive does not replace your safety officer — we accelerate evidence gathering.

Typical range: CAD $12,000 – $28,000 per validation cycle

All prices are exclusive of HST, travel outside the Greater Toronto Area, and hardware procurement unless stated in your statement of work. We invoice in Canadian dollars. Pilots include a defined number of iteration cycles; scope creep is handled through change orders with written approval.

Engagements typically begin with a half-day discovery session — on-site or remote — where we capture cycle video, part samples or CAD where available, and interview operators about real interrupts. That session informs a written pilot proposal with milestones, out-of-scope boundaries and test fixtures we will need in the bay. You know the cost envelope before hardware ships.

Ready to scope a pilot? Book a robotics pilot and tell us which cluster — perception, motion or full autonomy — matches your immediate need.

Not sure which service fits?

Describe your station, fleet or line change. We will map it to a pilot or retainer with an honest timeline.
